Storyboarding is an important part of producing both live-action and animated films. A good storyboard can save the director hours of time by allowing them to pre-visualize the film. In this course, we will see examples of storyboards, examine some camera basics, learn about storyboarding common practices, and take a look at why animatics are a key part of animation. We’ll also create a dynamic storyboard based on a simple one-page script.
This course is part of the AniMissions Seminar, but it can be taken by itself as well. Any assignments you complete will be reviewed by the course instructor.
